Rock On

Rarely do I allow my gas tank to go below ¼ but it happened.  I had a trip to Huntsville this morning and knew I needed to fill up before leaving Decatur.  So I pulled In to the closest station to my house.  Of course, every pump was occupied.  I patiently (as I could) pulled to the side to wait for one to exit.  The driver of the car closest to me came out of the store where I assume he paid cash for his gas prior to pumping.  He was dancing.  I don’t mean rocking his head to music I mean full out dancing.  He continued to dance while he pumped gas.  In fact, his phone rested atop the pump while he danced and sang along with the music.  At first I was entertained, I’ll admit.  But the clock was ticking.  He sang, he danced, he pumped his gas.  Finally, he was finished – or so I thought.  This mirror star then proceeded to prop his phone up on his dashboard of his car and from the driver’s seat, pull a harmonica out of his pocket and commenced accompanying the music in his driver’s seat.  I was as frustrated as I was amused.  I’m thinking to myself, Dude – really?  A tik tok video at the Chevron?  Do you have to do this? 

This is how my day started!  It was downhill from here.
